I forgot my password
On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password?" or go here. We’ll email you a link to set a new one.
The mic doesn’t work
- Make sure you allowed the microphone when your browser asked.
- Voice notes work best in Chrome or Edge. Some browsers, like Firefox, don’t support them yet.
- You can always type your note instead. It works the same way.
My photo won’t upload
Photos need to be pictures under 10 MB. Check your connection and try again.
Deleting your account
Go to Settings, open "Account," and tap "Delete my account and data." This removes everything for good.
